Norton Park

In this project a listed building, which was previously a secondary school, was converted into offices for the Voluntary Sector. The project addressed issues such as work practices during construction, low toxicity materials, low resource use ( e.g. rainwater retention tank), biodiversity (e.g. bat boxes), renewable energy sources (passive solar gain) and social sustainability (3 community businesses have been formed to serve the building occupants).
